All it takes is a pencil, paper and some practice!
And really to tell the truth it doesn't matter what you draw like as long as you enjoy it, that's what makes it all worth it!

Very nice sketch! She looks like a "teen pony" - too big for a filly, but her head is so big compared to the rest of the body, I can't see her as an adult mare

Yeah she did turn out looking kinda like teen pony, its funny now that I think about it there really aren't many "teen ponies"  in the show. Its almost like they jump from being a foal right into adulthood, kinda strange! x)

Yeah, like in Sims foal, foal, foal *POOF* adult, adult, adult, adult *POOF* Granny Smith
However, "Teen Cadance" in the official comic had a different hairdo, which made her look younger, but it doesn't really count as a different character model

Haha, that's exactly what its like! XD

  And yeah I guess using a "younger hairstyle" does the trick, considering that in later teen years people are usually finished growing anyway, so I guess it would only make sense that they would use an adult model for teen cadence while just adding subtle change's to her character traits to distinguish that she is a teenager!
