Description
This is my entry to the Anime-Galaxy mascot contest .Her name is Joe and I was going for kind of a retro look.
The rules of the contest stated to try to have the full body of the character but I ran out of room on my paper... sorry. I also apologize for any anatomy mistakes.
I had a lot of fun with this contest.
