3-4 Hours of work, I'm tempted to put a shield next to his right hand but for now sleep. Design wise, I drew inspiration from Captain Falcon, Gatchaman and a generic biker jacket. In my head this is what he wears when he sides with Wily. He's much more prepared for battled, he's strapped himself with e-tanks (e-tubes?), a belt buckle emblazoned with a W, his headgear has improved HUD, pouches containing explosives and a knife to bring the fight closer to his foes. His cloak is tattered, a reminder of where he came from and the values that he used to believe in.
