The middle one is the most thought out, it seems. I've logo design before, and I think the top and bottom are low B's. That middle one would get a high A. The roads to make up the arch in the r is nice. I, personally, wouldn't use a serif font in that one. I would also make the small text a little bigger. The top left of the T in the main logo goes a little wide for my taste. I would pinch that closed a bit to make the T more legiable. It is all very nice, overall. Great start. I would do minor changes.

Das zweite find ich besonders gut, da es sehr kreativ und gut durchdacht is! Du hast nur bei den letzten 2 bei "mobile" is i vergessen. I weiß net was die firma vermarktet, aber wenns a bisl was "nobleres" is, kânnt is design vieleicht a bissl zu stylisch sein. De stehn meistens mehr auf schlichtes.

die firma gibts ga net hab ich erfunden also ich glaub das es dann nicht zu stylisch sein kann^^
