Well, Kelly Osborne deserves a lot of the credit, because SHE'S the one who really sells it.Β She was just such a brilliant casting choice for this role.Β I mean, there are so many other voice actresses who would have gone the other way with her and just made her TOTALLY unbearable.Β But while Kelly brings the gruff and bratty, she also brings out that lovable side in Hildy's better moments.Β And there's a part of you that can't help but weaken and just kind of root for her a little bit.

Well, I KIND OF agree with that.Β I don't think she's inherently BAD.Β She's just been disappointed one too many times.Β Of course, that doesn't excuse her behavior.Β It just explains why she is the way she is.

I don't know if I'd go that far.Β Antiheroes are typically people who do the wrong things for the right reasons.Β Since the Glooms' goals tend to be primarily self-serving, I wouldn't be quite that generous.Β But like I said, I wouldn't classify them as soulless evil, either.

Well, just off the top of my head, as my fanfics clearly indicate, I like Kim Possible/Ron Stoppable or Danny Fenton/Sam Manson.Β Granted, their respective shows never gave their relationships a chance to fully develop, but I think you'll find my fics are working to fix that egregious wrong.^_^
On the anime front, I've always liked Usagi Tsukino/Mamoru Chiba from Sailor Moon and Ranma Saotome/Akane Tendo from Ranma 1/2.Β Naru/Keitaro from Love Hina were a good match, too.
