So here's an updated reference sheet for my fursona, Blue!
While on holidays I had the time to do some personal art meaning drawing all the refs for my main characters. I also made a story for her then.

Name: Blue (Blu')
Gender: Female
Species: a border collie and aussie mix
Age: undetermined
Story: Blue's life began when she oppened her eyes and saw a white bearded border collie starring at her - her father Whitebeard. She learnt her mother died during giving birth to her because her mother was a mermaid, not used to having a "human" child inside her. Blue's life ends up being pretty adventurous while sailing together with her dad the captain. She realizes that the sea creatures are attracted to her mostly because of her mother's dna. Later in life Blue realizes that she doesn't age after 20 due to the mermaid dna (mermaids don't age in my story) so she lives far after Whitebeard dies. Nowadays she dyes her hair in bright vibrant colors and goes around cities with nobody knowing her past since all her beloved are long gone.

Thank you very much! And it's okay anthros are hard to get used to but it's just like the anatomy of any other creature really you just need to take up a pencil/tablet pen and do lots of research and practice!

Anthro characters are loads of fun I really advise you to atleast try to make one so you can use it as practice. c:

yeah the research adn practice part is kind of a problem I'D im just really lazy when it comes to studying in general
as much as i love drawing, studying anatomy just isn't really fun to me and fun is the main reason i draw ._." at most i'll look at a foto and try to get the basic shapes down, but that about it ID

and i've been thinking about what kind of anthro character i'd like to make but im not sure X'D i just have a ton of ideas but no idea how to really execute them w @
i might end up cerating a bunch since i love making new character ID

It may feel boring and not at all fun at first but it can become real fun in a while of practicing. And it's what drawing is with practice you improve yoursel therefore having more fun drawing whatever you want to draw. c:

Sure have a whole house of anthros, the more the merrier!

yeah maybe, im just really lazy and impatient, so idk if i'd enjoy having to study that stuff and then do it a thousand times over and over again >< most tutorial on the internet really dont help eighter, most of them basically tell me to lok at photos and from that im somehow supposed to understand the anatomy and know where every single muscle goes and such >>
one of a very good artist said: look at photos of skeletons... great now you're able to draw that animal in every single position! WTF ?! ID

also i lost most of my motivation, this past year i've often thought about just giving up on drawing completely, since im to lazy to actually practice i wont every get better anyways so whats the point

but i might try to make an anthro character anyways, at least im kinda able to draw them in a really simple chibi-ish style..
