Itβs a very well coloured, well designed piece of art. The characters are very fantasy-like, cool-looking, and very amicable towards each other. Their colour schemes [pink and purple] seem to match their personalities and βfit inβ with one another. The shading looks great.
The background, however, is quite void, but I think that since itβs grey, it sort of brings out more personality of the characters than it would if it were white/black/multicoloured.

It's really nice to hear you like my coloring and shading! :'D I'm pretty proud of the shading/lighting. I was also surprised at how well the colors of the characters seemed to go together!
I definitely agree, the background does feel very void. I probably could have done more with it :')
I had just put down a random color so it was easier to color, and I grew too attached to it heheh. I liked to just focus on the characters and colors, like you said.
