Well, Brutus is thinking about what Cassius has said and he's a little upset. So Portia asks him what is wrong, and he refuses to tell her. So she goes on to say something along the lines of: "I talk to you, I share your bed, I clean and I cook, if nothing else Portia is Brutus' harlot, not his wife!".
