I have no idea what I must upload...my fever get better but still have cough and I cough so hard[much enough to make me got headache] I think because not enough to sleep and because hot weather.[39C]

Poor girl... Well, the best thing for me is to let it go away naturally, makes your immune response much stronger than syrup or pills. Sure it's hell, but it takes much longer to actually get sick next time.
