Description I DID THIS WITH A MOUSE ON MICROSOFT PAINT.

TWO....FREAKING.....HOURS.

A. MOUSE.

But I guess it was worth it, because I have a new OC (Leo) and I did something.....half decent on such a crappy program with a mouse. :I

So.....uh....enjoy? I don't really know....

Me too! I love to use bright colors in my art a lot, and like wearing bright colors and....neon colors are like half my life. XDD
