Personality
Rather extroverted and narcissistic. He's open to others and tends to act as everyone's friend, although this way of acting often leads to him being considered indelicate and arrogant.
Definitely not clumsy. Very disorganized, he works best when he's surrounded by chaos. Order makes him uncomfortable (meaning his place, especially bedroom, is a freaking mess.).
His respect must be earned. Athough he's friendly to everyone, he has a very small circle of close friends he considers worth confessing his worries to; with others, he'll change the subject if asked about his past.

Story
His family was the kind of family who ignored their kid because they had more important matters to attend, or because they couldn't care less: his mother was alcoholic and his father, in a deep state of depression for losing his job, committed suicide when Chase was 10.
Chase grew up in the suburban area of a city. Although he got basic education, his family was poor and to earn money to get by, he started doing dangerous jobs, ultimately ending as a drug dealer at the age of 17.

He was arrested by a policeman at the age of 22, caught while he was selling some ecstacy to another hybrid. He didn't oppose resistance, and spent two years in jail. Not once had he heard about his mother.

At the age of 24, once he was done with jail, he found out his mother had died of cirrhosis. Being the only son, he inherited what little his parents had left him - with that money, he moved to Italy and settled in Torre Vittoria.

Starting up anew, he requested to join the italian police after taking and passing the public contest, to be a policeman himself, but he was rejected for his past activities. He still kept contact with the local police division, eventually convincing a few officers that he could have been useful to their division - so he was tested. Policemen asked him to recognize different types of drugs using either his knowledge or nose.

Needless to say his experience as a drug dealer trained his nose to recognize the smell of different types of alcohol and drugs just as well as a police dog. Proving himself worthy, he was taken in as an anti-drug policeman (or policedog.)

He now works actively as a policeman, in the anti-drug division of Torre Vittoria.

Trivia
- Chase does not like to talk about his past. He has started anew, and he will not go back to his old steps. If asked about his past activities, he will either snap back, ignore the question or change the topic.
- His hair are naturally blonde. As a policeman, he often wears a hat because his team mates can't stand him having such hairstyle, as they consider him to be insulting to their profession.
- He's often sent as an infiltrate in drug dealer groups - he will find their hideouts or where they keep their drugs, so that they can arrest them later on.
- His eyes are naturally red.
- Quite the smoker. He also loves beer.
- He's in contact with the few heroes of Torre Vittoria.
