I do wonder who decided that our crazy eyed mascot needed to paired up with our favorite Time Lord. It seems so random, but it's so adorable that I don't really care all that much.

My suspicion is that because of Ditzys fanon name (Derpy) has Hooves in it, and Time-turner (Doctor Hooves) has that too, and a lot assumed they are married!
