Just a regular Saturday afternoon for Alice, Dinah, and her new friend Cinderella. Their routine they had decided upon consisted of going to the park and finding the largest tree to sit under and just talk. What would they talk about? Really anything they could think of. This particular day though, they were discussing a far off place. They couldn't really say where it was, but they could imagine it vividly, as if it was directly in front of them. Alice liked that she had found a friend with whom she could imagine and play pretend with. Ina never really gave much time to Alice when she would start talking (as she put it) nonsense. But Ina was not here, so Alice could be herself and enjoy her company. As for cinderella, she loved Alice's childlike innocence and polite manner. She treated her so kindly and constantly praised her, a huge difference from how she used to be treated.
And so the two continued imagining their made up place, resting in the shade of the large Willow in the park.
