Well I draw it in photoshop with my wacom cintiq 12wx. After I have the sketch scanned in the computer and in PS I make the sketch half transparent and one more just white layer behind that. Then a new layer on top of the sketch that i just start drawing the lines over. Not more complicated then that.

Well there's no trick to it, just have to be precise. Zoom in a lot and take it slow. Sorry I don't have anything more helpful to tell you. ^^'
