Description
Another HTML tutorial I made. This time it focuses on specific places for HTML. In this tutorial you'll understand where HTML can be used and where it can't in dA's three main areas: Submitting a literary piece, writing a journal, and posting a comment. Next time I'll focus on the description and formatting of a literary piece.Again, sorry it doesn't look purty D: I didn't have enough space to work with and I needed it to be readable to everyone on a large base.

How do you add pictures of other works you've done at the bottom of an upload ?

It's for premiums only. You go to the piece of art you want to show and go down, on the right side there should be a thing that says: Thumb and then copy the link below it and paste it into a journal/commet/group/etc.
For this picture the thumb is--- :thumb251918067:

here's a question: for premium accounts, how do you make image links in your descriptions?

Hi, You'll have to go to the deviation page. On the right side there are these share buttons for facebook etc. and there is also a dropdown button. Click on it and then you'll see a thumb link. That's the one you need to make image links to other deviations. Just copy and paste it into your journal or discription.

Yes, you have to be premium to show thumbnails in your descriptions and journals.. Sorry

Well that's a thumbnail code. It's something I won't really do since I don't have premium myself. I do promise that if/when I get premium I will go over it in detail along with everything else with a regular account.

Oh wait, excuse me; I think I've just figure out the issue. I had been under the impression that subscript and superscript made the text smaller as well as setting it above or below the regular lines of text, inversely. It appears that the subscript had been working; I merely misunderstood how it functioned.

I wonder if you could shed some light on a minor issue I've run into recently. I have a couple of literary deviations where I attempted to put a couple words in subscript, yet it doesn't appear to have worked in either place. Should it be possible to use subscript within a literary deviation or is that not an option? I certainly thought it should have been, even if I can't specifically recall seeing anyone else using it. Thank you in advance, and thank you for making this tutorial.
