I think that it's good you're limiting your color palette, but I would try spreading the purple into the clouds some more. I would help them stand out some more. Deepening the shadows within the dress would help to improve the idea of movement within the dress. I like the idea and composition of the piece. That's a way better horse than what I can draw :3. It's hard to tell on the figure, but the blue lines on the clouds help differ them from the figure. It's hard to tell if you used a different color on the line work of the figure. I think it would be good to enforce the differences between both textures a little more.
