and now my back and neck hurt.
i kinda dont like the dress but i couldnt come up with anything els.

Yes,we can't draw something like this FOR NOW.Everybody knows this skill requires a lot of time and practise.
Don't put yourself a limit like 'I can't draw something like this.'.You sure can draw one,but you just need to practice.True art is always created after a lot of effort and patience.
