Made this on TMMN's Oekaki, and ended up having to finish it in GIMP because the server wouldn't let me save any file over 1009KB. Luckily I had LOADS of safety saves to fall back on, or I would have been screwed. XPIn this version I added his circle-halo-thing and some more glowy-ness around stuff. Also added some creepy (and sloppy) black mist everywhere to make it look more like his attack (what I named it after), Paradise Lost.

Those green arrows are his wings? Seriously. Glowing like that looks very cool.
It also was a great add that you just drew Lumine from the knees upwards. If he was represented in full body it would not blend that much into the mist.
