This is really good, except her face, part of her mouth and nose, and the piece of hair next to it are a little too blury. It's just a little strange when her eyelashes are so defined as well as some detail in the dress. It's almost like you forgot to go back and return some of the detail. Very pretty otherwise! I like it!

Alright, so im not liking brightness of the figure, you lose a lot of information when you do that to an image. right now the dress is just a big mass of white that the eye sort of gets lost in when looking at the image.
for the rest of the image you should really vary the tones and values you use, because it is very flat looking right now. like, if you turned this to black and white it would be really hard to distinguish the background and foreground, as is i didnt even notice the grass.
start thinking about what it is that you do with your artwork that makes it unique, or what you could do that makes it unique, because i have seen many images with the same sort of theme or ill use of certain photoshop methods. but as i said on the forum you do have some good compositional instincts and that is something that will get you places. you can practice and learn all sorts of techniques, but i think it is much harder to learn composition. It would probably be wise to check out some of the theories on composition, just in case you know?
