Description Some time ago I ran out of paper. Thus, I had to use an other brand of Bristol paper than I usually do ... Thrice as expensive and hell! I hated it the moment my brush touched it. That paper was quite awful and was nothing like the wonderful one I used before (which is incredibly hard to get where I live).This is one of the pieces I did on the new paper. I'm not all that dissatisfied with it, but I think I already painted better pieces. The new paper sucked too much paint, making the picture seem less saturated ... it was a horrible experience. Yet, I enjoyed painting a rather carefree (haha) piece again.


Original will be for sale at EF 17 art show.

hehe, evil paper of doom, won't only eat your paint but also you xD Ich finds grad schön, dass es leicht entsättigt ist, das hat so was von einem sommerfoto irgendwie <3 Bin seit ewigkeiten auf der suche nach gutem bristol aber ich find keine gute marke und auf leinwand bin ich noch viel hoffnungsloser wegen den doofen knubbels da-die nerven voll D:

Naja, in dem Falle hatte ich halt ein wenig Glück im Unglück ... Aber danke. *drücks*
Also ... bei Bristol benutze ich den 200g/qm Zeichenkarton von Ursus am liebsten (keine Ahnung ob's "echtes" Bristol ist, aber es ist besser als das andere), der funktioniert für so ziemlich alles recht gut. Die haben auch noch 250g/qm, aber das hab ich noch nicht ausprobiert (auch wenn ich's da habe). Gibt's beim Renner und Rehm.
Leinwand - hm ... du könntest da doch einfach so oft mit Gessoweiß drüber grundieren, daß es glatt ist. ö.ö

Mitweilen fürchte ich, dass ich die Einstellung dieses Fuchses doch ein wenig zu oft annehme Muss einfach gefallen ^^
