I can't help you much about perspective because most of the work is about finding a vanishing point that doesn't make stuff look deformed > - <"
And thanks darling รง v รง" Contortionism is FUN you should try too, i gained a lot more confidence in anatomy by working with it, since you can really see the shapes when they're bended in strange angles... Like those exercises where you draw a picture upside-down!
