she isn't exactly a villain but she has literally all the qualities of one
like she'd rob a bank anyday, she'd kill a man no problem, damn even if u just give her opportunity to rule the world by force, she would
but i mostly used her bc i had nowhere else to put her yet i wanted to draw her ahah

I sooo love One Piece, yeah Sanji is pretty awesome, only person who could make smoking look cool was Sanji, or maybe Spike from Cowboy Bebop lol
