Froggies!

I love frogs. I remember when we lived out in South Dakota we'd go catch frogs at the lake. We'd always put them back nicely of course.

Very nice as always Momo.
I sense an adding to favorites!

Whoa, it's beaUtiful! The composition is amazing, and I love your coloring style. I love it, it's so much more than I expected from a simple kiriban.

Isn't it? ^.^ I just wish I had paper that would take colored pencils. My sketch paper makes colored pencils look all dotty and take away from the details when I scan them. :c I try to do them on copier paper but I can never re-trace the lines clean with ink. xD It's frustrating. ;^;

I usually use sketch paper or copier paper for my art. All I can say with colored pencils is that you really have to brute-force the color out of them-- if it ends up looking dotty, take another color and go back over the top. It gives the picture depth and it makes up for the lack of smoothness.

Yeah. I just need to start using it more... But I have so little of it and I rarely draw anything; so I'm like, "Nah, let's not waste it." D8 Faillls
Copier paper does the job for my colored pencils, though, but... Bleck, when it scans... It makes me so un-proud of all my work. ;.; I have to get used to how much I actually have to do to it to make it look good once scanned...

Darn you scanners and your deathly feelings toward vibrant colors D8

Scanners totally screw over your work. I think the only way to avoid the brunt of the crappyness is to fork over major bucks for a high-class one, and even then they tend to bleach out the color.

Yeah, scanners suck. Try messing with the color saturation. Sometimes that works...
