     This is decent.  I love how I was able to identify her at first glance.  Not only that, you captured my heart as I used to play that one game that involved her.  

     However, her eyes are incorrect.  Her eyes are round much like Nui Harime, but you have it flat at the top and the eyelashes are incorrect.  Nose is oddly shaped and should be more left.

     Neck area is fine and so is the top quarter of the body.  However, the armpit areas and the breasts are too low.  See the center star on her chest? Where the yellow center of that star is is where her chest should be raised.  In other words, keep the shape of the breasts and just raise them until the first lines of the two breasts meet where that star is.  The armpit areas are to be raised to just above the center of the star on her chest.  This will take practice.

    The rest of her dress below look like their sagging.  The dress wrinkles below are curved a bit wrong.  One more note is that the dress does not curve that way yet towards the bottom of the page.  The sleves are fine, but not the torso.  Plus her hair is too long and the back hair is shaped wrong.  The hair ends just below the breasts.
