yep hell have you read the original Spider-man scriptment by james cameron. Eletro was in it and so was Sandman but it was done so well.

make the stakes higher and havign my verison of Eletro is fully charged. sicne theres a storm Spidey is at a disadvantage as the winds are strong and eletro is taking energy form the lighting rod. As MJ has been defending herself and is elctrocuded. shes alive but unconscious. Peter fully driven and not caring the two have this epic battle on top of the empire state building.
