Description
After a long and exhausting day of making new friends and learning to use his new arm, Calvin is shown to guest quarters. He is so happy to be discharged from Sickbay that he doesn't even protest when the Neural Scanner is attached to his forehead, "to help you sleep," Dr. Janice tells the worried boy, noticing that he has given his toy tiger to one of the new, sickly Jovian boys.
"I wonder what little boys from the late 20th Century used to dream about?" she wonders, as she softly closes the door. "I guess we'll find out!"
And for the first time that he can remember, other than that one time Hobbes went missing, Calvin falls into a deep and peaceful sleep with no worries of anything drooling under the bed.
Inspired by the artists Vangelis and also Van Halen.
