Description A male Costa's Hummingbird flashes me as I approach to photograph him. It is quite a treat to be able to be so close to these exquisite jewels and observe them as they go about their daily business of courting, nesting and feeding in
this open air building.
There are eight local varieties of hummers that are in residence here as the specific flowers that are the nectar source for the different hummingbirds come into bloom.

Thank you. I was and still am using a Tamron 18-270 F 3.5/6.3 as my basic lens.

i'll tell you my story, i've made this account 2 or 3 years ago, put mi pictures for 6 months and then nothing else, i subscribed to some groups and thats all. Today i loged in and saw i had 10000+ messages (pictures of every group). Of the 5000 pictures i've seen, this one took my breath away; that's the most stunningly beauty color i've ever seen in a bird...
