The only real problem i had with the handymans design, was his head. It really seemed too out of place for me.

In my opinion, I think that was an unintentional effect that in a way complimented its design. It really depends on your point of view, though.
His body is mechanical, while the only thing left that is remotely human is his head and heart. So the disconnect is pretty apparent; a crude amalgamation of man and machine in the worst way possible. It shows that nature never intended this to happen.

Yes, the actual design itself is a good one. But, I feel that a porthole is the only thing that will fill the void in my heart called a big daddy

FINALLY! Oh my God I've been waiting forever for someone to give Hattie and Samuel respect. They're such a hidden couple, but perfect in every way (even with only two Voxophones to tell their story).

Heh, yeah. Ever since I saw that Handyman in the fair shielding himself from the camera and crowd, I knew I had to draw something relating to that.
Hattie's last voxophone nearly made me tear up. Especially considering the fact that you find it cradled between Samuel's arms.

He loved her to the very end, even as the Vox gunned him down and left him to die in his own blood.
That's the beauty of Bioshock. Monsters that look like Resident evil and Left 4 Dead's inbred love children are made into actual characters that you grow to care for.

Hopefully Sam is happy where he is now. If there was ever a cyborg that deserved to be blessed with angel's wings, it's him.
