❤ Pokedex: After spending it's life on the sea floor, Papimerge have developed a chamber in the centre of their bodies, that allow them to have a water supply, but live as long as they like out of the water. However, they are still excellent swimmers and use their large fin-like wings as ores.
❤ Design Notes: Based on The Little Mermaid, Mermaid, Butterflies, Fairies, and Goldfish Bowls.
