But recently I discovered the Shalka Doctor, who for a very short time was the official 9th Doctor. I wanted to make another ask blog for this guy, but his design is hard to draw D: The concept art of the character I couldnβt make heads or tails what was going on with his coat because of the simple style. Though I like the way I did his head. So have the Shalka Doctor Whooves.It canβt just be me that thinks this Doctors design seems sorta evil looking and seems more fitting to The Master then The Doctor. :I
Might clean this up later, when I stop hating everything about it

Ah yes. Like David Burton, he never got the chance to stretch his wings and with a touch better writing he might have stuck around... mind you The American Fiasco could have been turned around with some severe ret-conning OR changing two small parts of the script. *Is fighting off an embolism.* That said, it's not hard to write Dr. Who if you're willing to have a good laugh.

Don't hate it, it's very well done! You've followed the Shalka design to the letter whilst combining it with My Little Pony. Evil? Well, he was one of the more bitter soldiers, I must say. He also seemed to have more of an empathic relationship with the TARDIS. You have portrayed him very well. :-D
