Floppy ears: pretty much the way you've got it here. With the earrings, they wouldn't be able to move much, depending on the weight.

This is a little awkward in English. If he's missing, then it's given that nobody knows. You could say " He's dead?" or something more final instead then the response would make more sense.Β

You seemed to have floppy ears working right to me - I've had a Lab and a Rat Terrier and both will cock their heads when they hear something in the way Soo is doing. They also perk up quite a bit, but it looks like you have that good too.

I say "claims" because if he were REALLY apprenticed to a smith, why would he not have his tools? Sure, he's chasing a thief, but a smith's tools are always important to him (and he DOES have lackeys to carry his stuff if he wanted them to).
