It says "GIRL". It was meant to be as if someone had carved that into her because she's biologically a girl, but she presents herself as male.

I hope they heal from their experiences as I have, even though I am not transgendered.
The girl is gorgeous by the way, and not just in the way you drew her but also that through her hurt she is gaining strength.
