So, I love Dante :3

And I have to say, this costume was an extreme success for me to have actually finished...but at the same time I was so disappointed in myself.
Look at me. I make Dante look like a really nice guy who probably has a boyfriend much bigger than he is and runs around shooting rainbows and fighting for love and hearts TT____________________TT

WHY DID I DO THAT TO HIM?! XD
No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't be manly enough!! I was so mad! XD
But aside from my masculine short comings, the costume came out really nice :3 I made both guns out of Time Crises Arcade guns, complete with pictures of Ebony and Ivory on each side on little metal frames. The entire sword is carved otu of wood from the handle down to the length of the blade. The skull is plastic, and the ribs are modeled with model magic. The eyes glowwwww!! 8D
And yes, I know they don't in the actual game, but I thought it would look cool. And it totally did =w =

That jacket is an altered, all leather vintage coat I found online that someone so happened to be selling and fit like a glove <3 And the gun holsters in the back were a hassle, but came out good too. Too bad you can't see them :CCC

But...I actually was able to do Dante justice when I had one of my more masculine male friends wear it. I'll post those pictures soon, they're way more amazing lol
