Fanart of The Cirque du Freak & The Larten Crepsley SagaThis series was a very important part of my childhood and is still a big part of who I am now. Larten Crepsley is a great role model for a kid.
About a month ago I found out that Darren Shan wrote a series for Larten specifically, and I only just finished reading them.
First fanart I’ve done of the series, and it probably wont be the last. Pictured is Mr Tiny (top), Larten Crepsley (right), Alicia (middle), and Westor Flack (left).

I remember seeing the movie some time ago! I should tell my sister about this series, she like adventure books taking place in Europe.
Anyways, I would love for you to use different and stronger hues when painting. For example, the read jacket would benefit from some purple or green tones. Orange hair some reds, etc. You can also up the contrast from the three main protagonist to leave the top person behind. You can have him with some dull green tones to make him more mysterious? His hair could use some stronger dark grays as well, especially where it meets his scalp. Now this may be a personal preference of mines, but I would have preferred a hand drawn clock, with hand drawn numbers, etc. since it does take away a little from the storybook-like style you have going.

I just want to give something back after the great help you've been. 
Keep a palette around! Make an image file and use the dropper tool to bring the colors you need up. I do that sometimes.

I am...BEYOND happy to finally see a full fledged fan art of my all time favorite series
I absolutely ADORE the Cirque Du Freak books, and Larten Crepsley was ALWAYS my favorite character, so you could imagine how thrilled I was to have a series dedicated to him
