well this is not really a tutorial...but as the title says, this is the way i do my paintings... i never really counted how many time did it take to finish a painting, and i felt really surprised that it takes this long...
i was 6 days painting, about 4/5 hours each day... that's why i don't paint as much as i'd like to... ^^

I alsways wonder about the process of paintings, it breaks it up so it's easier to see to style and how the painting builds up to the final peice. I love this, such a beautiful painting

i paint with acrylics... but lately im trying to use watercolours... oh but it's so difficult!!

This is actually even more enjoyable to me than the finished piece! it's so interesting to see 'making of's , deconstructions etc.

amazing job, only thing id say is that the way the cat is positioned and is shaded, it looks as if it has an amazingly long neck...and do you use references because i cant imagine how you did this...its simply gorgeous, keep up the amazing work ^^

Hmmm thats almost long as I paint in a week too. Depends on what I'm painting though. Sometimes I can get something done within 2 to 3 days at the most when I'm painting.
