I'm so glad the artist training ground is happening again. I wasn't really drawing the first time around, so I'm really glad I get to participate this time.The theme for today was "draw an idle pony," so I decided to draw best pony.

Thanks! That's definitely the area I've been trying to improve the most, so It's good to see that I'm making progress. Though a good and consistent way to shade/highlight hair still eludes me.

Well your latest way of shading seems to work so keep going with it! I just remember teachers always telling us to keep pushing the color. Maybe experiment with color next
