Darren is hot headed, ambitious, blunt, and always on the look out to be number one. Depends on no one other than himself and his brother Gon as he finds it easier to sever ties that way or not to get too disappointed with people. He has very high standards of any type of friendships and often those that are his friends have a purpose or at least some connection to his next goal. An honest friendship is difficult to obtain, but not impossible, and when gained he's a loyal adversary. Works best in a team and has been known to take the front step of any situation including dire. Some might say it's out of arrogance, partly is true, but mostly it's for the team's own beneficial progress and the safety of civilians. Has a particular soft spot for kids in danger. Even if Darren can be a brute at times, he's not a bully and is quick to intercept any unfair torments with his own brash nature.

Gon on the other hand is eager to please and carefree, but has a reputation to chicken out when there are enemies that are bigger and stronger than he is. Thankfully Darren is there to give him a pep-talk, and to snap him back to attention. When approached by strangers Gon has no restraint on being friendly and even excitable on the thought of making new friends. Often popular with kids and loves being patted by them, much to their brother's dismay on having to put up with it for a while and risk of a drop on their cool factor.

+ Flamethrower: Gon has the capability of breathing out large bursts fire at a set amount of distance. Intensity is highly dependable on the amount of will and energy Gon has.
+ Wings: Gon is able to flap or glide using their wings. However, it's not possible for them to lift them to great heights due to their wingspan and weight of their counterpart. It's also really annoying/painful for Darren to be yanked around in mid-air.
+ Hard Scales: Gon's scales are tough with their density comparable to steel and able to handle a beating when it comes at them.
+ Nova Blaster: The ultimate move of Gon. Shoots out a large beam of pressurized heat that is akin to a laser beam that lasts for a few seconds. Unlike their usual fire moves, this can be long range. Takes time to charge, difficult to control, and uses up loads of energy from both Darren and Gon to the point of passing out, but when it does hit its target the damage is catastrophic.
- Exposure: Gon is highly dependent on Darren for maneuverability. They may be able to act independently but he's still stuck on the back of his head. Darren's body without his suit is susceptible to damage like ordinary humans even with the amount of training he's dedicated himself to.
- Hunger: Darren has to take on the amount of food and stored energy that he and his brother eats. Gon eats and uses loads of energy. Darren's body fluctuates depending on how much extreme energy is used.

History:

Darren had always been born with a silver spoon in this mouth with family dating back from years ago having earn their keep from owning multiple franchise outlets within the peanut packing, soy sauce, and recently the marmite industry due to their parents marriage.

Darren unfortunately was born with a rather large bald spot which he had carried well into pre-school and primary which lead to a whole lot of bullying and being called "baldie" and "quirkless" from both relatives and classmates. His parents were rather disappointed with his outlook too. It was a struggle for him and even began his streak of resentfulness against other people till Gon his brother had appeared when he was 7 years old from his bald spot. To say the least Darren had to switch private schools due to a rather unfortunate accident involving a fire outbreak.

His ambition to go Pro Hero was due to his grandmother who was a fairly popular hero back in Hong Kong in her younger years, and has a passion to one day reach her level and then beyond to world wide (even universal) status.

Darren had worked hard, training everyday to uphold not only to his family's name, but for his own expectations. Gon on the other hand had it easy since he was "born" with powers. Things have and is rather complicated for Darren, but he tries his best to perceive and not compare to his brother even if his heart twinges a hint of jealousy.

It took them a few trials before they were able to pass high school. An embarrassment to say the least especially on the theoretical tests which he never heard the end of from his family.

Eventually he caught wind of a university in America looking for applications and thought it'll be perfect. Far off from home, and a chance to start new again. Most importantly to become a hero.

His parents has their doubts that he would be successful like his other attempts, but muse with ambitions regardless. He'll soon come to senses and follow their line of peanut packings with an open arm.

- Great Grandparents were in the Hero business but later generations worked to acquire business related equities to support themselves further.

- His direct family line is freaking rich due to owning several companies; soy sauce, marmite, peanut packing and distribution are the only few listed out. A rough estimation that they own half of the Asian market when included with extensive family's own business trades. How else do you think he's able to afford that gear.

- Has a large family that has an extensive amount of relatives that link back to the Wong family. They're very well spread out globally, but his favorite is still his Grandma and his distant Uncle who actually encouraged him to follow his dreams on becoming a Pro-Hero.

- Has a dislike of his parents. His mother which she would push to do all sorts of activities ranging from music, sports, public speaking, languages. Very typical "mother tiger" raising who is very difficult to please and doesn't praise. His own father too was stoic and absent with most of his childhood upbringing. Never really had a chance to be a kid.

- Actually tries to be studious and academic, but concentration is difficult for him due to exam nerves. May ask for study help (secretly) when dire and when his pride is taken down a peg.

- Has an obnoxious older inventor cousin that helped craft his gear when he entered university. Is brilliant in his own cause, but loves to push Darren's buttons to make him fluster and yell even when they're oceans apart.

- Gon can't talk properly instead squeaks, hisses, and mimics short words like a parrot.

- Gon can extend up to half of Darren's arm length and maxes their range at his elbows.

- Darren has multiple scars and injuries across his body; a kangaroo kick, falling into a thorn bush, rocks, dirt bike accidents, ice hockey boots, school students, training mishaps... to name a few.
