Finally satisfied with Fructobuzz's design 
014 | Fructobuzz | Bug/Fairy
Compound Eyes/Sugar Rush*
Sugar Rush: Speed increases when it eats a sweet berry.
Notable Moves Bug Buzz, Dazzling Gleam, Belch, Bug Bite etc.
Basis Fructobuzz is based on a Fruit Fly. Its wings resemble stained glass. It is attracted to fruit candy instead of fruit.
Etymology Fructose (Fruit Sugar) + Buzz
Dex Entry Fructobuzz like to eat fruit candy. Consequently, their wings are also made of sugary candy. You can tell a Fructobuzz's favourite flavour by the colour of its wings.
Fairy | BP 80 | PP 20
The user bites the opponent with its sugary teeth. 10% chance to flinch.
Gummigot evolves into Crystalis starting at level 18.
Crystalis evolves into Fructobuzz starting at level 30 while holding a berry.

2. This has no fan made types. Bug and Fairy are both canon.

I do have the Light type in my dex, as well as Sound. From my experiments, Light is a very expansive type with a lot of possibilties and while Sound is good for moves (esoecially all the sound based moves) you really need to force yourself to make Sound typed Pokemon. Never heard of the Galaxy type, but maybe you're refering to the Cosmic type? Never understood the need for that, but then again some of the canon types are bizarre too. Being a ghost is an attribute in Pokemon, as well as just being a dragon (even if you're not, looking at you Mega Ampharos) and being a mthological faerie.

Once you realise there's no one who can force you to anything a certain way, you realise you can literally break any rule. I could, for example, make none of my Fake Pokemon evolve. Literally no one can stop me. I could have no Legendary Pokemon. I could make Pokemon with three types, or even five types. Too many people are stuck in making Fakemon the "right way". It's good to explore the entire possibility space when being a creative. Making new types is something Gamefreak has done themselves, so its not so shocking that people will do it too.
If you want to know about Fairy and Light specifically, Fairy is all about cutesy stuff and mythological faeries and folklore while at least my rendition of the Light type is literal light such as in beams of actual photons, whereas you are possibly thinking of Light as the "good" type as opposed to Dark being called Evil type in Japanese, which would make Light obsolete. And the reason that Light and Electric aren't the same thing is beacuse Light uses Photons and Electricity uses Ions or Charge. Completely different if you delve into the Physics (and yes I'm a Physics nerd haha)
Also humour the possibility that Light was made by fans before Fairy came around in Generation 6. We actually hypothesised that Sylveon would be Light type, as one of the Pokemon community's guesses, along with Flying, Normal and Magic or Love type. Some people even guessed Bug.
TL;DR: Keeping an open mind about the possibilities is good for a designer. Don't take anything for granted.

tbh I like it a lot already. you can tell it's a fly but its not overly gross. I love its aesthetic, and concept, and I love that it's a fairy type but isn't all dainty
but at the end of the day, its your call. maybe add a pair of small antennae (maybe makeΒ them crystal or candy/fruit-themed)

This was a difficult design to do indeed, trying to make a fly not look dislikable, maybe I'll revisit these guys some day and I'll clean em up. Overall I think they came out decently, but there is room for improvement.
