Rules and Terms of Service

In order to be fair to everyone, you may purchase a max of one cosmolotl using crystals. You can purchase a maximum of 2 cosmololts using dA and USD for the duration of the event. If designs do not all sell by the time the festival ends then you can purchase unlimited cosmolotls using points and USD. Purchases using crystals are only allowed during the event (deadline decided by the group).

You must credit me for the design AND the species must be credited to Owlhana the first time you draw them.

Do not claim as your own after adopting.

Update me on the new owner if you ever trade/resell them; please also show them these rules when you do, as they must follow them as well.

Modifications that do not affect the traits of the cosmolotls are okay! Colors can be adjusted slightly but the overall design must still be recognizable.

You may upload their files to Toyhou.se or your stash once adopted, but must credit me for the design (my Toyhou.se is ParadoxSketchbook) and Owlhana as creator of species (her Toyhou.se is Owlhana). You may post the design to other character tracking websites but must credit properly (just ask, I am on majority of the websites). Do not upload the design to your own dA account directly.

You can not use them for commercial purposes, nor resell them for a higher price than you paid for (not counting any commissions you get of the design which may be added on top).
