Could it be true? Has Hope finally got what she so longingly desired for? A sweet loving boyfriend who can tend and care for her both physically and emotionally (well, mostly physically due to her condition) while also at the same time satisfy her sexual desires? And if so, will her relationship last for a lifetime or will it end abruptly like her very very long list of failed relationships? Or could this be just another dream that Hope will wake up disappointed knowing that her "boyfriend" was just a desired thought? Or maybe Hope got hypnotized where she sees her boyfriend as a strong and handsome man when in reality he is just a fat greasy stereotypical looking neckbeard nerd living in his mom's basement. Who knows? Well even if her relationship fails, at least Hope knows that she will never be alone as sometimes she finds comfort and feels less lonely with the parasite in her belly (although it's a hate love relationship with him as 90% of the time she feels absolutely miserable and uncomfortable with her belly).
