I am fully aware of how disgusting the ghast looks, that wasn’t completely intentional but I felt it kinda fit with how they work so I left it that way for the final look. The blaze is pretty tame also so I hope you enjoy!The Ghast was pretty weird, mostly because like the Creeper I didn’t know where exactly to take it. I ended up looking to jellyfish for some inspiration on how I wanted the general shape to look, but that’s about where the similarities end. Essentially the Ghast itself is that big condensed ball of heat vapor you see inside of it, which collects floating bits of residue from around the Nether to form that gaseous white outside. The outer wispy layer has two “eyes”, which are really just slits to let out any condensation that gathers inside (aka Ghast Tears) and a “mouth” high really only acts as a way to vomit out excess molten residue at prey. After killing it’s prey it feeds on it with the barbed ends of its tentacles, and any meat chunks that get caught on it’s barbs are absorbed and digested, excess matter going to fuel the hot vapor ball inside.
The Blaze is a cousin of the Ghast genetically, another hot vapor jellyfish, except this one is smaller and so gathers much more heat inside of it to compensate for the size. Like the Ghast it will vomit out condensed balls of fiery magma at prey, and feeds with its tentacles afterwards. That’s all really, so comment what Minecraft mob you wanna see next!

I think it would be cool if you did the different Illager types. (Pillagers, Vindicators, Evokers, and Ravagers)

The Villager is already done as a base, too, and our friend did complain that it was hard to not make them creepy.
A Ravager could look horrific. Though if the Evoker was done you'd need the Vexes too.

It's a Ghast and a Blaze, or at least based on them but then taken in horrific directions with their own ideas behind them. So I guess the entire "Realistic Minecraft Series" is essentially "Loosely Based On" the original mod with the artist's own ideas and theories applied.

100% The Wither; this horrific, realistic style would be perfect for it. If I may say, the Mind Flayer influence you took for the Ender Dragon design might really suit the Wither, since the designs are already fairly similar, and you could really lean on that shadowy, Lovecraftian aesthetic even more than you did with the Dragon.
