I really like her pose here. Her head appears quite big compared to the rest of her body, but I personally think it fits this picture because there are those plushtoys on the background and they also have big heads. It makes it look like she was a marionette. ♥ I really like those plushtoys, they look so cute and the stitchy shading style you used here is very beautiful, it works perfectly. It would be great to see this colored so go for it when you have a PC on use.
..and I love ball-point pens, they're great for drawing.
