Yup, Lady was a beautiful stray, we picked up. Called her lady because she had such beautiful manners, she hardly makes any sound, doesn't beg and she just knew how to bring up her kits. Muffet was her granddaughter. Unfortunately, Lady was bitten by a cobra, and we had to leave most her progeny (had 10 from 4 generations) to my neighbour when we moved; and then Muffet got stolen
We have another stray now, 'Ryu' - She has the characteristics of her namesake,

Well I guess it is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all, right?
Ryu translates into 'school of martial arts' which is why so many warrior characters carry the name, it refers to mastery of martial arts. Is that what your kitty is like? A martial artist? I have a kitty like that.

I suppose you would acknowledge the truth of the saying when the pain has passed,..but I chest still feels tight when I see a cat resembling them.
Anyway in Ryu's case its more the 'dragon' characteristic..
