hmmm... it's funny. i've been browsing deviantart and y!gal lately and honestly it's amusing how many people were like ITACHI'S EVIL! DON'T MAKE HIM INTO ANY GOOD GUY! ITACHI LOVES NO ONE! so i guess kishimoto was good at maintaining his villain facade. now i am rewatching and it's ridiculous how many things there are hinting at itachi being not quite who he seemed to be. is this a sign of good writing? i think that in this case, it is. naruto has many failures when it comes to plot and characters (mostly female ones...), that's why i love itachi and sasuke's story so much. it's one of the main plotlines that has been built up from the very start and perfectly executed in the recent chapters.
who could've predicted that the uchiha love is going to explode in our faces like that...!
