visiting your gallery throughout the years, i always thought that i could +fav at least half of your pieces.

It seems nowadays, men has forgotten the only power we really have. The power to choose.
I believe, letting go of things, which may seemed almost impossible or in any case, very hard, reveals that power.
And as you put it, there is a lot more to realize...it doesn't stop here. So I hope your journey continues (as mine does, every day) and will lead you to the most relevant question one could ask one self.

What do you mean with "a period"? If you are asking if it took me long to realize this was the answer, and especially to understand the true implications of it, then yes, it basically took me 21 years, and there is a lot more to realize... it doesn't stop here. And yeah, it's never easy. But life is so much easier after you take the hard steps.

Yes, it's difficult. The hardest part, I find for me personally, is not the actual part of letting go, but the thought process involved getting to the conclusion itself. It took me months to realize it. Some people need much longer, some don't even realize it.

well as far as we know you can only let go of somethign if 1. you die or 2. loose your memory and never get it back 
so we all let go eventually

While you are free to interpret this image as you wish (there is a LOT of space I've left open for that), my primary intention for this message has nothing to do with the concept of death. This was greatly inspired by Tool's song The Grudge which I posted in my journal a few days ago. There are many other things you can let go of in your life, such as much too high expectations of yourself and others. It isn't easy, but it's possible, and when you do, you'll have quite a few problems less sitting on your heart/mind.

i really like this, because there's so much room left for interpretations - those two words seem to be kinda lost in this big frame.
maybe this is meant to be a calm voide that tries to be an answer to this shit, we're confronted with all day. i'm amazed what simplicity can create if you use it in the right way...
