Well, not quite 'flawless' I realize now that her one ear placement is fucked up pretty horrifically 
aww I just stare at reffies of real people's faces with a 'grid' up to try and match the general shape and size of things.

It's the one on the left... it appears to be coming out of her lower jaw. I think I meant to fan the hair out a bit more but then got distracted
Oh it's just easier for me to try and get proportions right. I focus on only drawing in my grid square what I see in the other grid square
