Annnnd the last of the fake special attack cut-ins!! This time of Chill who, naturally, gets a terrible pun for her attack name (which she would've given herself, honestly). Chill's not very fast or... skillful..... but her attacks would hurt a lot at least since a face-ful of fire isn't generally a good time.
You'd think having a fire-based character for 10+ years would force me to learn how to draw fire properly but you'd think wrong 8)

This one has the same void problem as before but otherwise I still like this one too!! Mostly because of her hair.
