My original characters of United We Stand are the Coleman family, many of whom fight crime as superheroes. Regina is the oldest of seven children born to the late Grant and Valerie Ross Coleman (formerly known as the superheroes Knightwatch and the original Victory). Regina is a lawyer, and a strong advocate for superheroes. Bennett is a best selling author. Janelle is a part of the support team that assists the heroes that protect the city of Davenport - which includes her uncle, Geoff Coleman a.k.a. Eclipse ; her aunt, Geneva Coleman Sharpe a.k.a. Victory ; her cousins, Raina Winstead a.k.a. Pulse , Justin Bailey a.k.a. Quark , and Ashley Coleman a.k.a. Aura . Janelle has the ability to manipulate what became known as "dark energy". Her grandfather, Grant, had the same ability. She also has had some training in hand to hand combat from Grant and Valerie's old friend, Randall Mayfield (formerly known as the superhero Reflex). Occasionally, Janelle assist the heroes of Davenport in the field, contemplating on whether or not she should become a hero full time. Ananda is currently attending high school. Neither Regina or Ananda have manifested any superhuman abilities. Members of the Coleman family that are born with powers usually manifest them between the ages of 13 and 15.
