Quirk Description: The ability to think roughly about 20,000 times faster than everyone else. He's also able to move his body at comparable speeds for short periods of time, although this has shown to have an intense physical effect on his body.
Quirk downside: The extra energy going to his head both makes him an egotist and makes his body not have to proper nutrients to grow properly, resulting in it being out of shape. When he's excited it can also leave him in a state of panic where the world around him appears frozen.
