Description This is a stitched image consisting of 9 images.

The 9 images were captured from a tripod with a Canon 20D zoomed at 50mm portrait view and then stitched in Photoshop CS2 (which has very good merging software compared to stuff like PhotoStitch).

The final image which will be printed on canvas has a massive size of : 16304 pixels x 3262 pixels. Which measures up to 1.38 meters x 27.6 cm (this can still be enlarged to billboard size without losing quality)

Im pretty proud of this since this is almost 180 degrees and i really had to sit forever to get the perspective right after the initial stitching... (those of you who have stitched before will know what i mean)

Tell me, how long dit it take between pictures? I'm just asking, because my granddad tried stitching 3 photgraphes taken with an analog pentax. Didn't come out so great, becasue he took pictures of the waves, and they moved inbetween.

I guess I'm just going to try redoing it sometime in the future...

haha! you cant do it with things that are moving... thats just silly. Best to do it in daylight with fast shutterspeed.
And be sure to use a tripod and the camera has to be 90degrees with the ground.

good luck
